Although you can find the mysterious shipwreck south of Seesyde Village before taking on this side quest, you can't enter it until you start the Zappy Shipwreck.
Although you can take this quest first An echo of wisdomZappy Shipwreck is easier to fill when you've added a powerful Echo of Battle to your collection, and when you've created an electric proof potion or smoothie. That's because the monster causing the Zappy Shipwreck problem is Barinade, a giant electric jellyfish that's hard to defeat without Echoes or an upgraded Swordfighter form.

From Seesyde Village, head directly southwest to find the shipwreck floating on open water. Use a Trampoline or other floating Echo to climb onto the deck of the ship. Attach it to the front door on the upper right side of the ship and drag it back to show an entry in the boat.
This first room is full of crates, pots, and barrels, and at first glance it looks empty. BUT move some boxes at the top right of the room to reveal a door which leads to one of the flooded areas of the ship.
This room is full of Tectites and Octoroks, but you don't have to defeat them to move on. Go to the left side of the room see entry down. Go through this room, then dive into the water in the hole on the left side to reach the underwater area.
Swim to the left in this area stopping for bubbles and light crystals along the way. You don't need to defeat the enemies in this area to progress (unless you collected the Shocking Jelly and Tangler Echoes) and eventually you should reach the area you get. surface in the upper left corner of this section.
Surface to find yourself in the bedroom of the ship. On the left side of the room, use Water Blocks (or another Echo that can lift you up) to get through the small gap in the wooden wall at the bottom left of the room.
In the next room, on the other side of a doorway, you'll find a statue in the upper right and a button in the upper left above a small wall. Jump into the water and close the statue while standing on the right side. Jump on the platform next to the gate to get it up in the air and jump to the left to get it on the short wall with the button. Enter it and drag it to activate the button and open the gate.

Echoes of Wisdom Jellyfish Boss Walkthrough
The Barinade boss is a big fight with many parts made easier with two potions or smoothies on hand: one to give you an electric boost, and one to restore your energy for the Swordfighter form.
After entering the boss room, you will see a giant Jellyfish boss surrounded by FIVE smaller jellyfish. At regular intervals the boss will charge extraneous Jellyfish to deal electricity damage anything about them. But not all of them burn at once, so watch out for boss patterns and just attack jellyfish without electricity until the remaining boss arrived.
When all additional Jellyfish die, let go of Swordfighter Form and deal direct damage to the Barinade boss. Depending on your Sword upgrade level, it may only take a few steps to advance to the next level.
You can also use the Ball-and-Chain Trooper to quickly deal a lot of damage with the flail, but this Echo will die quickly from the electric jellyfish when it spawns.
Watch out for the boss' Recovery animation and exit while charging and summoning smaller jellyfishthe total EIGHT this time. Following the same strategy as before, get an Electricity Proof smoothie or potion, then Attack the powerless Jellyfish one by one until all are defeated. Re-enter Swordfighter form, grab a smoothie or another Proof Electricity potion, and kill the Barinade boss when it's exposed.
Barinade will do keep calling smaller jellyfish to the side if the boss fight continues, it will not exceed eight at a time. If your Swordfighter Form level is too high, you'll need to expose and hit the Barinade twice, but most players will find it takes three or even four steps to take down this powerful boss.
The Zappy Ship quest reward
When you finally defeat the Barinade boss, it will drop a Rupee and a Heart Piece. Grab this Heart Piece, then quickly return to Seesyde Village to complete the Zappy Shipwreck quest. Talk to the old man again, and he will do it Zelda reward in Fairy bottle.
Fairy Bottles work a bit differently than before Zelda game. In An echo of wisdomThe fairies will automatically jump into any empty bottle you have. If Zelda's Heart reaches 0, the Fairy will automatically activate and fill the Heart meter.
