Where the Wind Returns to the Celestial Landsman's Guide

As for the main story quest for Rinascita in Wuthering Waves occurs throughout most of the region, some of the more interesting places are reserved for research. One of these is Where the Wind Returns in the Celestial Lands, where players will unleash a powerful storm in the northeastern part of Rinascita.

This may be an entirely optional quest, but given how one Nightmare Echoes is WooWa trapped in the stormy ruins of the Fagaceae Peninsula, the player wants to complete this quest no matter what. It's a long walk though, so grab your best Resonators and put them on long walks.

Where the wind returns to the celestial land

This quest has tons of battles. To begin, go to the bottom of the ruins south of the Shores of Last Breath, and interact with the broken Lumiscale Construct on the ground. The whole purpose of this quest is

1. Place three stakes in the marked area.

2. Go back and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.

3. Pursuing the Lumiscale Construct.

4. Defeat the Lumiscale Construct.

5. Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.

Charging the Steles

The Steles of Discipline on the altar marked by the quest slow down while you stand on the glowing circle in the middle. If an enemy enters the glowing circle, progress will be disrupted, so try to eliminate them as quickly as possible to increase efficiency. If you leave the area of ​​the altar for too long, it will start to lose its power.

As for the third set of steles, you need to pull them into place first before the enemies can start spawning. If you have problems downloading broken posts, adjust your character and camera position until the button appears on the steles.

Chase and defeat the Lumiscale Construct

Nothing special here. Return the Wingray to the starting area, and blast the Lumiscale Construct with the strongest Resonators on your team. A scene will trigger as his health deteriorates, and you'll be prompted to follow him deeper into the ruins.

When you pursue construction, the surrounding world will become hostile. Watch out for falling debris and lightning, and Eliminate all your enemies from your path. You'll eventually face the Lumiscale Construct again, and you can defeat it once.

The Dragon of Dirge

This enemy is very deadly, and if you are not careful, may block or even shoot your character. Watch out for his breathing and shooting star attacks, and try to stagger him as fast as you can. The best way to fight this enemy is to wait for his massive attack and try to disrupt him as soon as possible.

Once the dragon is defeated, the quest will be completed. You'll gain access to the rest of the Shores of Last Breath, including all Dream Patrols in the area as well as Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the main arena at the northern tip of the peninsula.
