Flame Puzzle location
The red triangle on the map above is where this puzzle is located. The map will fill in as you explore this area. You will make your way through the narrow catacombs of the Vatican Underworld with few problems after completing the Sacred Wounds puzzle. Be sure to take torches and use them to light up the area whenever you can. In the end, Indy will find a a small well.
Go to the right (north) of the well to find the Flame Statue puzzle. You should be in the most northwestern part of this area.
Flame Puzzle Solution
10 Skeleton statues around a large coffin. You can walk up to each one and turn a crank to start their flames. Look over the statues and see the roman numerals above them. They are named IX (1-10). The solution is to lower the flame of the correct statue.

This solution comes from 10 inscriptions but Indy is in charge of filming during the Vatican section of the game. Get all 10 pictures to put on the whiteboard in Antonio's office.
