I'm going to hell for being a saint, I'm a doctor
Once upon a time, Protagonist wanted to heal people, not build a Harem

Korea's best surgeon, known as The Hands of God, died suddenly after being hit by a truck after a 72-hour layoff. Instead of sending him to another world, the gods decide to send him to a dreamlike world where he soon discovers that he is gifted with magic, just like his parents. However, the gods still have a plan for Father, and when he turns 15, the Holy Kingdom sends a Saint as a messenger to claim him as the new Saint chosen by the Godhead: Gaia.
And so began the story of Saint Ray, the Saint who heals people using strange techniques from another world. It's a great story, full of action, comedy, drama, and lots of interesting twists that keep the plot moving and take it as far away from fanservice as possible.

10 Manhwa Changing Opponents
These manhwa stories feature multiple protagonists, changing the perspective of the story in interesting ways.
The series will soon be getting an anime, and fans couldn't be more excited at the prospect of it becoming a huge hit. With incredible fight scenes, exciting developments and non-stop action, there is little room for fanservice. Not that there is no romance at all. In contrast, the main character is in love with an elven princess, but they broke up due to various reasons. It sounds like a bittersweet tale of rebirth in a fantasy world, but it certainly fits in a darker place.
5
The Barbarians of Seoul Station
No room for fanservice here, just gallons and gallons of blood
- Genre: Action, Reverse Isekai, Urban Fantasy, Comedy, Drama, School Life
- Author: LICO
- Artist: Jin Seol Woo
There's no point in talking about how this manhwa series is about as far from fanservice as it gets. Two high school students are sent on an isekai trip, but one of them is not from Earth; he is secretly a barbarian from another world. Reconnecting with the “barbarian party”, Cheoungul will plunge into this new situation, killing everything and defeating everything that stands between him and his goal: To become the strongest.
It's a good series, and one of two fantasy series that just started and quickly became popular among fans of the isekai genre. On the other hand, the characters are very well written, and despite their over-the-top actions, they come together well and form a good combo. One wants to be strong out of selfishness, the other just wants to be close to his friends and not be a “burden”.
4
The Knight King who returned with God
A dark series with a brutal protagonist
- type of article: Dark Fantasy, Action, Comedy, Reverse Isekai
- Writer: Hello Sally
- Artist: Jeoncheon Huma Geomsa
The main character in this story wants only one thing: to kill all the orcs, demons, pagans, pagans and cultists. He wants to kill all the Evil Aligned in the world, and his only quest for more than half a thousand years is to hunt down these creatures throughout the universe.
Thi series is a mixture of Dark Fantasy, Action, and Comedy, and there is not even a little room in the plot for fanservice. With war after war, the story of the King of the Holy Grail finding a way to turn a group of “lowly dwellers” into true Knights of the Grail is powerful and exciting.
3
The returned spell should be unique
There are a few hints of romantic comedy, but nothing involving fanservice
- Genre: Isekai, Sword & Magic, School Drama
- Author: Wookjakga
- Artist: United States
The thrilling story of Desir Arman, a hero from an alternate timeline who returns to a point in the past to set the world in order before darkness falls forever, is both attractive and encouraging. Unlike many isekai manhwa that focus on the relationship between a woman and a single man, Desir gathers colorful allies to work with her for a better future.

8 Strange Blue Isekai, no
Tired of the usual manga isekai fare? These series are more than unusual; they are the weirdest and most absurd isekai manga available today.
If there's any doubt as to why this story doesn't have a fan following, the ending of the manhwa series speaks volumes about how the author thinks about romance and happily ever after. It's essential reading for anyone who enjoys good isekai, free of dumb tropes.
2
Solo Leveling: Ragnarok
The continuation of the legend
- type of article: Reverse Isekai, Action, Drama, Urban Fantasy, Dark Fantasy, Shounen
- Writer: Dang Do
- Artist: JIN (Studio RedDice)
Sung Su-ho, the son of Sung Jin-woo and Chae Hae-jin, is struggling to adapt to the modern world. Her parents are nowhere to be seen, focused on fighting cosmic forces, and she is the only one left in Korea. That is, until the fateful day when a mysterious creature tries to kill him.
Luckily, he wakes up in time to beat the hell out of there and wakes up to find Beru, the servant of the Dark Monarch, standing by his side. Afterwards, Beru explains that he is a target, and that he needs to get stronger if he wants to live long enough to help his father in the coming war. A direct continuation of the Solo Leveling, and just like its predecessor, this reverse-isekai manhwa has no fanservice whatsoever.
1
The Druid at Seoul Station
One of the meanest Isekais you will ever see
- type of article: Action-Adventure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi
- Writer: Jin Sol U
- An artist: Mun Sung-Ho, liveBear
The hero of this story is a violent Archdruid who spent more than 1000 years in seclusion in an animal world, where he forcibly learned the laws of the forest and became a predator and ruler of all creatures there. Therefore, he is more interested in helping his fellow animals than those of his own species.
This manhwa has little room for fanservice, and only one chapter has anything like it before the main character outright rejects the idea of dealing with such a situation. So, here you'll find content writing close to zero laziness, pure action, drama, and ferocious animal masters trying to change the world. For good or for bad? What we don't know.
