The funding, he said, aims to develop the skills of Saudis, increase their participation in the labor market and encourage the private sector to participate in the establishment of the position. Al-Jawini said that the fund's programs and services have helped increase the benefits of individuals and businesses, and emphasized the fund's ongoing efforts to align with changes in the labor market and requirements.

He said the fund is working to develop training, empowerment and leadership programs aimed at the national workforce, contributing to the achievement of the Saudi Vision 2030 goals of human capacity development and the labor market strategy.
