All over yours Stalker 2 will encounter many different types of anomalies that cause various distortions. One of these anomalies is the download kind, and can see an Artifact in one of them in a place of interest in the Small Area, simply called ribs.

How to get the rib artefact
You can see the The location of the ribs in the small areasoutheast of Zalissya camp. As soon as you arrive at the site, you will notice the anomaly around the area.
Make sure you remove the Bolts and throw them in a twist to prevent your damage. The Bolts will disable manipulation for a few seconds, allowing you to use the Detector and looking for the Artifact.

Stalker 2
The artifact detector, but if you're not sure how to use it, just hold down the left button (consoles) or the Tab key (PC) to open the Radial Menu. Then, the Detector will be at the bottom left (left navigation button).
Unfortunately, finding Artifacts can be very frustrating Stalker 2. It has weak physical defense and weak endurance but it generates some radiation, like other artifacts. It's best to use these if you have something else to counteract the effects of the radiation.
