8 Ichigo Kurosaki
Ichigo's last ditch effort to stop Yhwach made up for some of his other mistakes in this Arc
- First appearance: Part 1
Admittedly, Ichigo doesn't have his best performance during the last arc of the story and makes a lot of big mistakes along the way. However, the protagonist still manages to resist Yhwach many times more than anyone else, and takes out some of the Bambis who were wreaking havoc with the other Soul Reapers a short time before.
More importantly though, Ichigo's training with Squad 0 and understanding the correct Zanpakuto allowed Ichigo to take down Yhwach when it mattered most. Sure, he may have had some much-needed help from Uryu in those final moments, but Ichigo was the only one at this point confident and strong enough to defeat Yhwach to end the war once and for all. all, and therefore, he. can be considered a hero.
7 Orihime Inoue
Orihime's role as a healer makes her a valuable member of the soul reaper force.
- First appearance: Episode 2
It's hard to imagine that the Orihime who stands with Ichigo in the Millennium War is the same character as the previous arcs. He no longer doubts his abilities and importance to the team, but instead acts as an important team player who takes on the role of healer, and during the arc he saves many lives.

Bleach: All major villains, ranked by appearance
Bleach's villains may have different powers and abilities, but they are unique in their appearance and appearance.
One particular moment where Orihime shines is when Ichigo gets hit in half of the chest by Uryu's arrow in the anime. Even if Orihime could trap him, it was unlikely that anyone else could come to the Spirit Palace fast enough to save him. He also manages to heal Ichigo's wounds before attacking Yhwach in the Soul Palace, and protects Ganju from Gerard. Orihime has improved her abilities so that she is not only a useful team member, but the hero of the entire arc.
6 Ryuken Ishida
Ryuken may not be around for most of the Arc, but he joins the fight at the most important moment.
- First appearance: Episode 44
Ryuken is more of a hero who shows up at the last minute to do something big, but doesn't play a big role throughout the entire arc. In fact, outside of a few conversations with Uryu early on about the history of the Quincy, Ryuken was absent from the entire war, not with the Quincy, but apparently not against the Soul Reapers. too.
In the final moments, Ryuken manages to dispatch his son Uryu with a silver arrowhead containing the blood that killed his wife. Using the unique power within the arrow, Uryu was able to stop Yhwach's Almighty long enough for Ichigo to deal the final blow. Whether or not this will be changed in the anime remains to be seen, but there were a few scenes that showed the creation of the arrow, indicating that Ryuken may still play an important role in these last few episodes.
5 Shunsui Kyoraku
Leader of the Soul Reaper Army who destroyed a very dangerous opponent
- First appearance: Episode 24
Kyoraku does an admirable job of pushing back the Quincy during his first attack on Soul Society, but when the Soul Reapers enter the gate and fight the enemy, he comes to him. Kyoraku shakes off laziness to take on the role of leader of the living forces, filling them with inspiration and courage for the coming battle.
Kyoarku was also able to defeat Lille Barro, an opponent who, at this time, had a lot of Soul Reaper blood on his hands. If Kyoraku hadn't unleashed his Bankai to take out Lille, the latter would have easily picked off several other Soul Reapers from a distance, destroying each army with sniper rifles.
4 Zaraki Kenpachi
Kenpachi stopped the battle with Meteor from ending early
- First appearance: Episode 20
Kenpachi only appears a few times in battle against the Quincies, but when he does, he always shows his great strength by destroying powerful enemies. The biggest example of this is his fight with Gremmy, a Sternritter who can pull anything he imagines into reality. Many others are made after being beaten by two concrete hands or trapped in a pocket of space, but Kenpachi's thirst for battle pushes him to face Gremmy's grueling ordeal.
Of course, Kenpachi is also able to cut two meteors, which even Gremmy's allies are shown to be terrified of in the manga. There's no doubt that this single attack could have ended the war there and then, and it's unlikely that many, if any, had the same strength as Kenpachi that was needed to stop him before he reached the surface.
3 Kisuke Urahara
Urahara's behind-the-scenes work saved the soul reapers in a few moments.
- First appearance: Episode 6
While the Soul Reapers do their best to fight the Quincy on the ground, Kisuke is always working behind the scenes to support them, and it's fair to say that he comes through in the clutch at critical points. -many values in the arc. Early on during the second attack, Kisuke managed to revive many of the captains by restoring their Hollowfied Bankai, giving them one last chance to fight.

2 Jushiro Ukitake
Ukitake sacrificed his life to make sure the three worlds didn't collide

Once Yhwach forces Ichigo to split the Soul King in two, the three worlds are thrown into disarray, and the fear of collapsing into one almost becomes a reality. Ukitake manages to use his bond with Mimihagi to temporarily allow the Soul King's hand to remove Yhwach, buying precious time that his friend would use to end the war. At the end of his life, he kept the balance and prevention of bleach the universe will not be included in the sure destruction.
1 Mayuri Kurotsuchi
From saving the lives of many of her allies to destroying an entire army of zombies, Mayuri is definitely the MVP of the final Arc.
- First appearance: Episode 24
Mayuri has a unique arc throughout the series bleachbecause it does not change technically, but the way the audience sees it. When he first appeared as Uryu in the Soul Society Arc, his abuse of his fellow humans and the terror he inflicted on Nemu made many fans hate him.
However, fast forward to the thousand year blood war, and Mayuri's sick and twisted mind has allowed Mayuri to take out many of the base fighters while saving more than a few friends. Not only is he able to resist and control Giselle's zombie army, but he also raises Hitsugaya, Rangiku, Kenpachi, and many other Soul Reapers who would otherwise be dead or zombified if not for him. The fact that he was able to take down one of the four Schutzstaffel, including thanks to Nemu, cemented him as a great team player during the final battle, along with his efforts to keep Aizen's power and the help in building the Soul Palace gate.
