Need help getting started in Throne and Liberty?
If this game has beautiful graphics, bright environments and great characters, there are many other games that fit the bill. Is Thrones and Liberty just another MMO, or is it worth the investment needed to craft your character in the end game and beyond? Let's see what others have said about the game.
REVIEW
Before the full launch, one of them Senior Staff Writer, Harry Alstonwrote an in-depth review of Thrones and Liberty, calling it “Amazon Redemption.”, and said that even due to its MMO nature, it was. it is difficult for him to give a strong ratingbecause he hasn't been able to play it with the full cast that you usually have in MMOs.
However, Alston thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility of class and weapon systemthe focus on social play (while still allowing the solo player to shine), and the rich and beautiful worlds of different locations on the map.
Throne and Liberty is a modern MMO with a focus on social play. In the world of Solisium, you are tasked with finding the Sylaveth Star to defeat the world's greatest threat, Kazar the Wraith of Conquest. It's a fairly generic story and Throne and Liberty does nothing here to reinvent the wheel. What it does well is capture that classic MMO feel.
Alston's greatest concern was about the throne and freedom is the structure of microtransactions and the in-game auction house.
Alston said that many MMOs have payment systems, which you can do get high quality equipment by spending real money in the in-game store. He was concerned that, although most of the shops were cosmetic, the Auction house, where players could sell and buy high-end weapons and armor using Lucent (another online currency of Thrones and Liberty), will lead to a form of payment. .
However, because you can easily sell items in the auction house to get Lucentit probably won't cost you a dime to buy a Lucent package at the store. Unless you want to, of course.
Waste of time
Throne and Liberty is an ongoing, live service MMO, so the there is no end to the amount of time you can expect. However, there is one main story quest that, according to How Long To Beat, can take around 25 hours to complete.
With in-game side quests, massive PvP and PvE events, and dungeons, you will probably spend about 200 hours on the game, if not more. But you can spend as much or as little time as you want in this game, which is the beauty of all MMOs.

What the players say
Worth the pay – Harry Alston
Thrones and Freedom is a big opportunity, but the payoff is worth it if you're willing to commit. The siege campaign was one of the most fun MMO experiences I've had in years, but it meant I had to be part of a successful co-op, have lots of gear and some friends to play with. So far there have been regular content updates that will hopefully keep the game going for the foreseeable future.
Contemporary MMO Experience – Seth Parmer
Throne and Liberty doesn't really push the boundaries of what you'd expect from an MMO, but it does offer some modern bells and whistles that make it less tedious to play than most other titles in the genre. Being able to fast travel to an area without having to sit on the load screen is incredible, making turning around in quests a lot less frustrating.
The fighting game and basic game loop are also good. Although you are almost always forced to join a guild and manage the more difficult aspects of the game with them, the community is good, so it won't be too difficult to find a group that you belong with. Basically, it offers a constant stream of content that will keep you hooked for hours. If you love MMOs or want to dip your toes into the genre for the first time, Throne and Liberty is a great title to rock!
Not for solo players – Jacob Whaling
Throne and Liberty is free, so you can try it too, but be aware that this game is very punishing for solo players. If you don't want to join a guild, don't expect to get very far. Almost all activities are focused on guild participation, which is great for social players who like this genre. However, if you like to take things at your own pace, Throne and Liberty won't let you down.
If you're desperate for a new MMO, the early game leveling, questing, and dungeon progression are still pretty cool, but the grind with guilds that require you to play the game like a full-time job has taken its toll. bad taste in my mouth. . All MMOs are time consuming, but there are better options to spend your time.
