How to raise morale in Planet Coaster 2

planet-coaster-2-workplace

Monitoring the morale of your employees and making sure they are satisfied with their work is essential to running your business smoothly. If your employees don't get enough breaks, or are consistently underpaid, they will eventually lose interest and quit their jobs. This means that you will have to hire a new employee to replace him.

The first thing you need to do is to ensure that there are enough staff buildings around your garden so that your staff can rest during their breaks. You can create different types of Workspaces, each of which manages the number of employees.

Name of the house

Employment of workers

Small staff workplace

Maximum of 4 members

Medium staff workplace

Maximum 8 members

Great place to work

Maximum 16 members

You also want to make sure that you are paying your employees a fair wage. Low pay is fine for a couple of days, but you don't want to use it as a long-term option because it will quickly reduce morale. Also, give your employees at least one or two breaks during their work schedule. You can check this in the Park Management menu.

If your employees don't get enough breaks, consider putting their paychecks on a higher salary until you hire a new employee.

Planet Coaster 2 takes the management aspect of the game seriously. As you progress through the game, expanding and increasing your garden score as you go, you will come across many workers. Monitoring their behavior and making sure they are happy with their work will prevent one of them from suddenly leaving you.
