Raziel will face many of his former brothers Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaverand Doma was the last of his brothers. Doma has become extremely powerful since throwing Raziel into the Lake of the Dead — with Doma even claiming his power now rivals that of his creator, Cain.

How to defeat Dumah in Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
When the player finds Dumah, he will be sitting on a large throne with various wooden poles piercing his body. Players can awaken Dumah by approaching him and pulling the three stakes from his body. However, they should stop doing it before they know how to fight it. Unlike previous boss battles, players will not stay in a boss arena to face their enemies. Some players may think that the key to defeating Duma is to use the stake again, but it will have no effect, and the main action is to get out of the room where you will find Duma.
As players make their way through the fortified city of Duma, they will open paths that have never existed before. One of them will be a large fireplace room. Players need to send a path from this furnace room to Dumah's house so they can lure him there. If they need them, players will find various pictures above all the corners they need to navigate from Dumah's house to this room — as well as a list of points below:
- Go east along the red carpet and out of Doma's room.
- Go around the fallen obelisk to the corridor on the east side.
- In the sunlight, turn around and go south.
- Go up the ramp and head west.
- You will cross a bridge if you go west.
- Go to the west side of the next room and go through the door.
- Follow this winding corridor to the furnace room, making sure Dumah follows you.
If the player goes too far from Duma, he will turn back and return to his home. The player must start all this process. Players should never jump, just run into the room. This gives Dumah time to catch up when players are stunned by his attack. Players can stay looking back to make sure Dumah doesn't fall too far.
When they reach the furnace room, they will find a wheel on the west side of the room and a lever on the east side. Players need to head west as soon as they enter the room and spin a wheel to open various gas valves. Players need to lure Dumah to the center of the room before pulling the lever on the east side. This will ignite the gas and defeat Domah. This will give players the ability to create paths of spectral energy that can be used to bind enemies – or allow them to interact with certain objects.
Duma may be stuck on the western platform. If this happens, the players need to stand in the clear path between the two so that they can run towards Raziel and then be lured back into the path.
