The first step in finding The Lost Shipment is to talk to Cohen. You will find him in Brannof's dining room, west of Town Square. After talking to Cohen, he will ask you to retrieve the stolen items. To track him down, you must talk to Captain Shirker, who you will find on his ship. Cohen also recommends consulting the section on The Hooked Hand for more information.
