How to catch Fetid Flounder

The Lost Shipment is one of the very first quests you can do in the game. Although you can start this quest from the beginning of the game, completing it requires you to complete certain levels and upgrade your equipment.

Brighter Shores: The Quest for Lost Goods

You can start The Lost Shipment very early Brighter Shores. However, you won't be able to complete the quest without the right level of special tasks. Before you start your search, make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Fishing Level: 25+
• Guardian Level: 20+
• Money: 11 silver or more

The search for lost goods begins on Brighter Shores

The first step in finding The Lost Shipment is to talk to Cohen. You will find him in Brannof's dining room, west of Town Square. After talking to Cohen, he will ask you to retrieve the stolen items. Before leaving Brannof's room, enter Brannof's room on the left and take the Quill and Paper from the desk. They will come in handy later.

The Hanging Hand

The Hooked Hand is a no-nonsense restaurant located on the Central Waterfront. But the customers here do not like the guards. So, before talking to them, make sure you remove all your weapons. Talk to Nelson and select the dialogue option with the Carthian Plumbatae. After that, ask the supplier, and the customer will talk about a dangerous man called The Illusion. He will also tell you that the only way to reach him is to send a secret message with the Fetid Flounder in the new Fish House often.

How to catch Fetid Flounder

After exhausting the dialogue options in the Hooked Hand, head to the overgrown pool area to catch a Fetid Flounder. Head straight for Sea Road, and you'll be there. Today, catching the Fetid Flounder is simple with a fishing spear. But you must have at least level 25 in fishing to get it.

Talk to Captain Shirker

Now that you've got Fetid Flounder, you've completed the first part of The Lost Shipment quest. For the next part, you need to talk to Captain Shirker. He is on his ship called Invincible. Write a Secret Message

Now, you've covered most of what you need to complete the quest. Now combine the Quill and Paper you took earlier from your Bone Belt to place an order for the Carthian Plumbatae. Combine the messages with Fetid Flounder to create the Secret Message. Go to the fresh fish market often on Eel Street and use the item with the fishmonger. Click on the nearby tree and select the Sit in the background option.

Tracking lost items

After hiding behind a tree, a scene will play out. Once that's over, follow the thief through Willhope Crossing until you reach Monob Row. The thief will enter the door. Knock on the door and say you're Monobrow Sam.
