Blue boxepisode 6 “Wish Me Luck” is a first for the series as the episode is, for the most part, seen from Hina's point of view instead of Taiki's. This comes as both a blessing and a curse for fans of the character because even though he gets more screen time than anyone else in this episode, most of his screen time shows confusion, hurt, pressure and feeling left out.
The episode begins at the end of episode 5, “Aquarium”, with Hina outside the Inomata mansion. It's nice when anime doesn't waste time pushing the plot forward. Instead of running away and confronting them one day, Hina remembers that she has to return Chinatsu's phone, so she decides to confront them right away. again, Blue box Hina didn't waste any time and basically let Hina have her entire arc in just one episode, from being unsure of her feelings, to fully accepting them and coming to his situation.
If there's one thing that can be overlooked about episode 6, it's that there were several scenes of Hina practicing for prefectural sports, but it didn't show what really happened. It was nice to see the whole routine, but that's it.

Hina went through the five stages of grief
In real life, the grieving process doesn't have to go as it should, and it certainly doesn't on the show. People can also turn around and experience a stage they have gone through, which Hina is also experiencing. This is why you notice that the events described below did not all happen in time.
Step 1: Denial
When asked if something is wrong, he denies it or deflects the blame to trivial things, such as his short climb or late night sleep. He doesn't just deny it to the people around him; He tries to convince himself that Taiki and Chinatsu's relationship is the best.
If Chinatsu Senpai sees Taiki with a girl, he might decide to leave. It would be one thing if they were just acquaintances, but since they live together, she doesn't need his help.
Step 2: Anger
Anger may be the area where it is the least, if any. Sure, at some point, Hina admitted that she was annoyed with Taiki, Chinatsu, and the people who pressured her, but it was in her normal, playful way. He didn't seem to be really angry with them, he just ran away.
The only time he came close to being genuinely upset was when he told Taiki that he was mad at the referee (secretly talking about Taiki himself) because he was biased against another athlete (Chinatsu). He may be angry at his situation and feel powerless to do anything about it.
Step 3: negotiation
Hina herself said that she could not allow herself to be emotional or sensitive because doing so would cause her to lose focus and slip in her rhythmic gymnastics performance. Telling himself that his performance needs to be perfect gives him an excuse to suppress his feelings, which is easier than facing them head on.
Stage 4: Depression
Although it is only shown in brief glimpses and signs, Hina is really sick in this episode, hiding it all behind a smile and insults. She knows that her boyfriend is in love with someone else and she only sees him as a friend. She tried to distance herself from Taiki even though she loved him, thinking that he wouldn't just stop her and Chinatsu. He doesn't even allow the possibility of getting lucky with Taiki as if he has given up.
Step 5: acceptance
Instead, the person who helps Hina control her emotions is the person she turns to: Taiki. After taking Hina to the nurse's office and confirming that her injuries were not serious, they had a pep talk. Hina brings out everything that has been bothering her lately, like being forced to do well in the prefectural tournament. He even tells her how frustrated he is not being able to hit someone.
In response, Taiki tells him to keep going, calling him a fighter and someone who won't let him give up or run away from his pride. Later, he asks Taiki to wish him luck, ready to accept words of encouragement from his childhood friend.
Taiki. Can you… wish me luck?
Hina uses Taiki's words of encouragement to finally accept her feelings for him, even though the odds are against her. He even says that he will fight, telling Taiki that her beauty hasn't even appeared yet and that he'd better keep a close eye on her. Blue box It might not give Hina her chance right away, but you can bet she won't go down without a fight. Right now, however, he was very happy with his friendship with Taiki, and it was a healthy attitude.
On the other hand: These character and situational dialogues Blue box is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered serious intellectual analysis. If you happen to, or believe that you are going through grief, do not use anime as a way to diagnose your mood, and seek professional help.

Chinatsu's Self(?) was revealed.
And they are not the romantic type
Blue box Episode 6 ends with a focus on Taiki and Chinatsu. They talk a little about Hina and how amazing it is that she got her prefectural diploma. When Taichi compliments Hina, calling her a rhythmic gymnastics fan, Chinatsu realizes that Hina's view of Taiki resonates, calling her a badminton fan. Because of this, Chinatsu gets the delusion that Taiki might be in love with Hina too, and thinks that he is just stopping the two of them.
Surprisingly, Chinatsu never seems to see Taiki in a romantic light. To him, he is just a friend who happens to be a classmate and roommate. That, or maybe Chinatsu was just in denial.
