At the beginning of this week, it was suggested by various fortnite houses that the Epic game has something special planned especially for the image of the game with the Simpsons. According to the report, the entire map of Fortnite will be given a Springfield certificate, adding various symbols from the show, with Homer's workplace – the nuclear power plant – being named as collateral. We've been waiting for a closer look at the crossover, and thanks to the key art even from the last one, we have one.
Fortnite's Simpsons Crossover Key art
This is the incredible mystery that dropped the first piece of art, which reveals several figures from the show that will be included in the game. Of course, one of the main charges of the show, as Homer and Marge, will be seen in the foreground, while Bart and Lisa will be seen in the distance.
There is no Maggie, although it may be a baby, although she still shoots people.
Interestingly, Krusty the clown, ned flanders, scratchy from the Cartoon & Scratchy cartoon, and Moe Szyslak can also be seen, suggesting that they may be his co-stars, as has been accused in the past. You can also see various fortnite figures, like Peeeley, in a small style made of cel, although we will have to wait and see if it is a new skin or not.
To top it all off, it turns out that the claim that the Fortnite map is accurate is true. In the photo, you can see several locations from the show, including Moe's bar, the Springfield sign, and the nuclear power plant in the background. The terrace and the crusty burger can be seen, but those extra players don't have anything to go on. You can even see that the storm has passed the cel makeup.
That's all the big things we can photograph, even if there are a few small details. Marge and Homer each use a vacuum cleaner and an automatic hammer, each hinting that they might be Melee weapons and we can also see two new gliders. Ned flanders looks like he's falling from a huge loaf of bread, while the hairless fortnite character is flying through a pink donut mill around him.
That's about all we have for this one picture, although I suspect that it won't be long before we start seeing more information from leaks and official sources. Regardless, it looks like Epic put a good effort into this Simpsons crossover, so we hope the base art is as good as it is beautiful.
