What is the procedure for MSFS 2024?
In Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024Career Mode is a campaign feature it follows the story of a trophy pilot who obtained his private license (PPL) and progressed to become a private jet operator and business owner in the aviation industry.
The goal of Career Mode is to offer players a customized journey. Through this feature, players can perform millions of missions around the world and start their own private jet service business, including search & rescue, cargo shipping, VIP status services , and many others.
How should you proceed with the procedure?
You progress through the process through four main paths: Audition, Classification, Mission and Enterprise.
Certifications
There are over 20 certifications in Career Mode, each unlocking specific Specializations. These licenses are required to buy and deliver different types of aircraft and to trade your piloting skills. For example, to transport passengers for profit, you need the Charter Service certificate.
Specializations
Your certification determines your Specialization. For example, obtaining the Search & Rescue certification makes it one of your special skills, with corresponding missions appearing on the world map.
missionary work
Depending on your classification, different missions appear on the world map. These differ in objectives, durations and rewards and are randomly generated across the map. Most of the missions are time limited and are updated periodically.
Divide into standard and personalwith more demanding special missions, involving complex aircraft, long transport operations, or difficult conditions. They offer higher payouts and are the best way to farm Credits.
COMPANY
When you get enough Credits, you can invest in airline companies through the Companies tab. These companies open more missions and generate revenue. To keep your business active, you must obtain the necessary licenses, maintain your aircraft and maintain a good reputation for preventing accidents and crashes.

Credits are earned by completing missions and operating an aircraft company. You need Credits to earn more credits, buy new planes, build additional businesses, and cover expenses like employee wages or plane repairs.
EXP
Completing missions earns you EXP. The amount of experience points you earn depends on your skills, including flying etiquette, takeoff and landing performance, and safety measures.
fame
Your performance and attention to detail during missions affect your reputation. A good reputation is the key to buying a better plane and making more money in the airline business. However, reputation doesn't seem to affect the type of missions you get.
