How does the wanted level work?
In Reynatis, you have two options – Oppressed, and released. If blocked, you can't attack and some things are invisible, but you can explore freely and slow down the time to escape. If you are Freed, you move faster, can attack and find hidden objects, but anyone who sees you will immediately report you to the MEA for custody. It's a delicate balancing act.
You can
get your Trending ranking back by getting out of your area
or standing in a hidden place. Just make sure to clear yourself first.
From the moment you are released, your Trending rank will begin to increase, and your stress along with it. When this number reaches the first rank, you will be locked into a battle with the MEA Elite Wizard and a team of other MEA officers. If you lose, you are allowed to continue as if you had not fought the battle, instead of replaying your last save.
If the game boosts your Trending ranking when people see that you're free,
it is indeed
you grow instantly and become Free
no one can see you or not.
Party building tips and advice
MEA Elite Wizards will be strong in the early game, although they will get easier as you level up and build your party. Although the game does not specify the level of the enemy, the Elite Wizard and his party can be considered to be around 60 placesso you need to be similar if you want to stand up in the fight.

How to beat Mea Elite Wizard
When you are locked in battle with the MEA Elite Wizard and his team, you are there until one of you dies. The composition of the squadron may vary slightly, although this will be the initial format:

Removing Wizards and Soldiers is the same as usual as they have no special moves, although they are still powerful. Elite Wizards don't deviate too much from regular Wizards, although there is a special move they use that causes them to glow purple. This means that the attack will not activate the slow time effect or the magic circle, so give yourself some distance to get away easier when you see them turn purple.
In addition, there is no special strategy. Take advantage of Burst Liberation's reduced effects as often as possibleand finally spam Menace whenever you can to eliminate them faster. They hit hard, so make sure you have plenty of healing materials ready. Other than that, you're all set!
