ANZ outage leaves Aussies without access

Millions of Australians who use ANZ Bank are unable to access their accounts using their app and internet banking services.

ANZ confirmed an investigation was underway after customers reported the issue on Tuesday.

“We’re investigating an issue affecting some customers accessing the ANZ App and internet Banking,” ANZ said in a statement posted on X.

“We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience.

“The ANZ Plus app, Phone Banking, ATMs and EFTPOS facilities continue to be available.”
