While you're talking to him, the gingerbread smoke breaks, and he looks sad because this is Amanda's last gingerbread bag. Max tells him he'll be back, and now you have the second job of finding a saw for Moses. If you're not sure what to do next, we'll guide you through what you need to do to put a smile on Moses' face again.
How to find a chimney for Moses
The interaction with Moses that caused the smoke break would not have happened otherwise when you have finished installing Living World Moses to run the projector for you.
If you remember, at the beginning of the Krampus Party scene in Chapter 4, Living World Safi then put together a gingerbread house while you and him were talking.
After Moses' bone marrow is broken Dead World, return to the Living World. You can relate to Safi's gingerbread house, but you can't just take the chimney don't talk to him first.
You will find Safi near the platform with Vinh. Go to him and a Prompt seems to be asking him about the gingerbread house. Select that prompt, and Max pulls Safi.
Max tells Safi about the Dead World Moses problem with the gingerbread house, and asks Safi if she can take the smoke from her house to him. Safi is not the only one who agrees giving it to him personally.
With the chimney in hand, return to the Dead World and Give Moses the oventhen see if he puts it on top of his gingerbread house.
