The four main upgradeable skills in Heart of Infinity are Fishing, Gathering, Animal Care, and Bug Catching. Knowing which bugs to catch and which ones won't bother you will save you valuable time!
Overview of bug detection
Every time you catch a bug or various bugs in the game, you get a Bug-Catching Insight. With enough Insight you can get New sketches for a piece of cloth related to that skill. You can also improve your skills, allowing you to earn maha from insects.
You can see how much Bug-Catching Insight you have by opening the Heart of Infinity and select one of the traits in the Bug-Catching skill tree. Hovering over a perk will show the general Insight point at the top of the screen, next to your money.
Solving the ability to collect essence from insects is very important for creating mid to late pieces. Once you reach a certain point in the game, most of the Sketches require the base of an insect, fish, or animal.
The best bugs to catch to gain knowledge
Players need to rally around 1,000 Insights each skill (Bug-Catching, Fishing, etc.) to reach the quest to collect the essence. The best way to collect Insight points is to catch higher level bugs. The rarer the insects, the more insight they will give each time they are caught.
Another way to quickly collect tons of Insight is to use the Kingdom of food in all warp spires. This is useful when it comes to daily collection limit by manually collecting Bug-Catching Insight.
