BEIRUT: Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) said on Sunday that it has delayed the departure of some incoming flights to Beirut overnight to arrive on Monday morning. Israel has vowed swift retaliation against the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah after a rocket killed 12 children and teenagers in the Israeli-held Golan Heights on Saturday. Hezbollah has denied responsibility.
