Jabul Waters is the first Zora region that Zelda can access Echoes of Wisdom. It is home to two Zora tribes – the Zora River and the Zora Ocean – and lately the great spirit Lord Jabu-Jabu has gone insane, apparently driven by the rising Rifts nearby.

Between the waters of Jabul and the Gerudo Desert, the Zora's stage is a bit easier and the enemies are less annoying. There are a few annoying enemies, but mostly it's a cool sea adventure with great scenery (including a Galleon ship) and one of the first games Echoes: Water Block.

But, if you don't mind a little challenge in the first game, going to the Gerudo Room first is the faster way..
